Online ATOS 'register of shame' published

A new disability organisation's online 'register of shame' has been published on the internet by an independent organisation, targeting unpopular benefits assessment company, ATOS Healthcare. It seeks to shame the health care workers who perform the controversial 'Work Capability Assessments' that have lead to anger and even suicide in the disabled community.
ATOS, an international corporation, were hired by the government to re-assess recipients of disabled benefits with the intention of saving the exchequer money by moving claimants of Incapacity Benefit and Employment Support Allowance onto Job Seekers Allowance if they fail to prove the severity of their impairment or disability. Since then the assessments have been criticised as a politicised attempt to save money by targeting the most vulnerable.
The creator of the new site http://atosregisterofshame.yolasite.com/ writes:
'The Atos Health Care (HCPs) who carry out the assessments on benefit claimants care less about the damage and heartache they are causing to hundreds of thousands of individuals and families up and down the country, this register aims to publicise their names so they realise they are no longer able to remain in the background.
All I need from everyone who attends a Atos assessment is for them to get the name of the HCP who carries out their assessment, the assessment centre address where they went to, it would also be great If you could send in the name of the Jobcentre Plus decision maker If you have dealings with them, I don't need your name unless you wish to give it, an alias will be fine, you can either send me the details via our contacts form or directly to my email:
atosvictimsgroup@gmail.com
I would be very interested to hear from anyone who would be willing to contribute their story of how they were treated by Atos & DWP.'
